By purchasing my art services, you agree to my Terms of Service.I retain all artistic rights to my work, including the right to display, reproduce, and use it for self-promotion. I will never reuse or resell the same image or design unless the character returns to my ownership.

PAYMENT

All payments must be made in EUR, via PayPal invoice or through Kofi donation.Payments must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the invoice or link if no hold or payment plans has been specified.All holds require a down payment. Please note that if you cancel or fail to complete the payment, the deposit will not be refunded.Payment plans are available. A partial upfront payment will be required.I do not accept returns on any purchases. PRE-CLAIMS | FIRST LOOK OPPORTUNITY

I generally do not offer traditional pre-claims, as designs may still change during the rendering process, and I prefer to avoid situations where the final result may not fully meet the interested person's expectations.In some cases, I may offer an early viewing opportunity to people interested in a design. This means they will be able to see the fully finished design before it is posted, in order to decide whether they would like to claim it.If multiple people show interest, the opportunity will be offered in order of inquiry. If the person decides not to claim it or the claim falls through, the opportunity will pass to the next interested person.The interested party will have 24 hours to decide after viewing the finalized design.The claim will be made at the AB (Auto-Buy) price. If the design does not have an AB set, the price may be discussed between both parties.If no one claims the design, it will be posted for auction as originally planned. All early viewing opportunities are offered at the artist’s discretion.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial rights are not included by default and must be purchased as a separate one-time license.Merchandising (physical products)
Includes stickers, prints, clothing, plushies, figures, and any other physical merchandise.

Includes streaming, monetized content, comics, games, VTuber use, and similar digital projects.
License fee: €450These licenses are one-time payments and grant the buyer the right to use the character commercially within the scope of the selected license.

The design can’t be used for commercial purposes unless previously discussed and agreed upon.The character can’t be turned into a species.You can’t claim the character as your own creation. While the character belongs to you, I will always remain the original designer.The character can’t be used for NFTs or AI training.You can repost the artwork on any platform and edit the character as you wish.You can create pins, stickers, and similar items for personal use only. Commercial use is only permitted if discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

The character can be gifted.The character can be traded.The character can be resold for the original price paid unless the design has acquired additional art. Then, you can add that to the value.
