By purchasing my art services, you agree to my terms of service.I retain all artistic copyright over my original work, including the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion. I will never reuse the same image or design for sale or trade unless the character returns to my ownership.After contacting you, you have 48 hours to claim your character and finalize payment, otherwise I will reclaim it and reopen offers.
Terms and conditions
All payments must be made in USD, via a PayPal invoice (If the payment is less than 80USD, I may send a Paypal.me link instead of an invoice) or USDT on BinancePayments must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the invoice or link. If you need more time, let me know and an extension can be discussed.For payments over $200, a payment plan may be available. You will not receive the design until full payment has been received.I do not accept returns on any purchases. By paying you agree to comply with my Terms of Service.If you want a commercial use, it must be previously discussed with me.
Terms and conditions
You cannot use the design for commercial purposes unless we discuss otherwise.You cannot turn it into a species.You cannot claim the character as your own creation. The character is yours and you have all the associated rights, but I will always be the creator of the original design.You cannot use the character for NFTs or for AI training.You can republish the image on any platform of your choice, as long as you never remove my signature from the illustration.You may draw or commission the character.You may make any edits to the character.You can make prints, stickers, pins and others for personal use only. Commercial use is only allowed if previously discussed.
The character can be gifted.
The character can be traded.
The character can be resold for the original price paid unless the design has acquired additional art. Then, you can add that to the value.
